<p>Today I felt so ill treated at the club, simply b lack of communication. I booked a boardroom to work in and I honestly didn't know there's a limited number of times to bring guests there. Instead of Dudu "The Captain" explaining the situation in a pleasant way she did it with attitude, and was completely disrespectful towards my guest. If you can check there by the video footage I waited there because she said to me she will go fetch a Rule Book and next thing she tells me they don't have one and tries to call ROB and TUMi an her answer to me was sorry Rob says she must pay a guest fee and she can't come in not showing me where the Rule is...that is an issue, even mainstream clubs have a Rule book, I expect the same at the collection too and not be told verbally I can't do this or that coz no one told me this when I signed up. But Dudu had very poor communication s****s and had a bad attitude towards members and even infront of me she was arguing with another member, check footage from 2:30pm. I love this gym but some of the stuff they don't fit the profile </p>
