Virgin active menlyn is the worst branch out of the bunch

Actually the worst experience, anytime a QR code scan doesn’t work, it’s automatically the members issue. Even though i can scan into any other virgin active, the menlyn branch doesn't work and im met by the rudest staff imaginable, especially the manager.

How can you expect to run a business without any willingness to help out members or actually fix issues?
