Virgin Active membership fees

Terrible experience regarding monthly subscription. Virgin Active either debits a portion of my membership or nothing at all on some months then they start hounding with calls saying I haven't made payment. They send a payment link to update your membership however they allocate funds incorrectly. When you go to the club to train, the staff tell you loudly infront of other members that your account is blocked and the amount outstanding but when they log into their system, it shows that the payment is made.
