Virgin active membership complain

My mom in law has a membership with virgin active morningside. Being a vitality member they are charging her full fee. We have complained ample amount of times. For the last two months they are taking a full fee for a non vitality member. I have given them her vitality number to them so many times and they keep doing this. Spoken to the manger of Virgin active and complained!!! They keep taking her vitality number of the system!!! They are so *********** it’s unbelievable!!! Very poor service!!! I have had it with them!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
