Virgin Active Membership Cancellation Service is Non-Existent

Hi,

Your sales service is good, but your membership cancellation service leaves a lot to be desired. You don't have an email address to formally communicate. Poor show.

Getting through to your call center to cancel my membership is non-existent (***). Holding on listening to music for over 5 minutes gobbled up airtime and every attempt to get through eats more and more airtime.

I am trying to cancel my membership and no one is answering the phone.

I called Virgin Active Kings Park who gave me your alternative number ***to which I get the same.
