VIRGIN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

I have been trying to contact Virgin Active on numerous occasions to date no one has come back. The service is really pathetic I have contacted them on 29/09/2020 and received a response that the they are experiencing high volumes and will arrange an agent to contact me , I was also told to give them a call which I tried on numerous occasions and all I get told is that I should hold as they are experiencing high volumes and then the call gets cut service message number : ***
