Virgin Active Melrose Arch Fw: Miss representation from your Sales person

Virgin Actice Melrose Arch, a sales representative ******* me into a debt I didn't know about. She **** to me saying that i was getting a trial period before i take up a contract. I'm not sure why am i supposed to pay for something i didn't use... All she said was that i can try the club for free for a month and if I don't like i won't have to take the membership and she said i just need to sign and put bank details... This was just for me to get a card and have access... I did as she said... And and after checking the gym out I told her i wont be taking up the membership and cancelled with her and she confirmed that everything was ok and there was no membership being taken up.
