Virgin Active ****med me

I work for a company called Power Fashion(divison under MR Price). Early last year( around Feb or March) team from Virgin active ( Kings Park came at our company to recruit us. We then joined. I was signed by an Indian guy called Harresh. Then I joined with a monthly premium of R490.00 . Only to find that he signed us under Amanzimtoti club. Harresh resigned or was fired . He was no longer works at Virgin Active king park .And amanzimtoti is far from me since i leave in Newlands west . I only realize this this year. Then called his sales Manager Derlon in Kings park . He said he will upgrade us to premium with the same monthly on the same amount of 516.00. I was allowed in gateway and Kings park a few times. Now today I find out that Derlon resigned also now i'm paying for something i can use. Can my contract be cancelled this because I was *****ed to join a gym that is far away. Or I will take this to ombudsman
