Virgin Active marketing ****!

I joined virgin active collection in march this year when they were promoting free months. I still haven’t received my free month and when I enquire I’m told that I did not meet the Ts&Cs. These Ts & Cs were not communicated to me at all and the reason I joined was because of this marketing promotion. I’m so disappointed because I find it very ********* and it’s such a marketing ****. Now I’m in a contract I cannot get out of because I was unsuspecting. The whole experience is ******* & has left a bad taste in my mouth!
