Virgin Active *******ly debited my account and refusing a refund

Signed up for a learn to swim program (3 months) at Virgin Active Bryanston and they decided to charge me for a 4th month without my consent and now they are refusing to refund my money back. I am highly disappointed and find this behavior very unprofessional.
