Virgin Active lower long

<p>To Whom it may consern.</p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin Active could you please explain to me with out giving me some story about company policy, why if i loose my acces card cant I use my ID and have to buy a new card I mean its still a form of identification? Im strugling everyday getting into Virgin active because of this! my menbership ends end of this month ive been a member now 5 years if you guys cant sort this out and want to force me to buy a new card ill sighn up somewhere els! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
