Virgin Active Lorrain is terrible

Poor Management, poor service, terrible equipment

Virgin Active Lorraine (Port Elizabeth) is in a terrible state, management does nothing to assist in gym equipment being broker or in terrible condition. Broker equipment does not get replaced and if the gym gets new equipment it's standard gym equipment that we get. Virgin active 10 Years ago had the best equipment every time they "upgraded" they downgraded by taking away the best equipment

The manager Gary Prichard just gives excuses always using covid as the reason. He barley answers by main questions and avoid most of them. The top equipment goes to virgin active human ad his reason was because they pay more per month, so in other words we get the trash equipment that nobody really uses.

I would recommend never to join this branch as so it's poor and all this for a "low" R 500 A MONTH

When i told him about the bodybuilding equipment they use to have that everyone used was this is not a bodybuilding gym but a fitness gym, yes you read that correctly, a manager not knowing that "bodybuilding" equipment is fitness equipment as well, but hay he still gets paid the club still makes money so why do they care. the only thing they have done is paint the place instead of dealing with the real issues. They only painted the place because of head office made a brief visit for 30min
