virgin active lonhill

I ,unfortunately , had an awful experience at the lone hill gym today . I was swimming in the pool with my swimming mask and snorkel on . My training was rudely interrupted by the club manager , Thabo . He told me to take my swimming mask and snorkel off as " virgin active does not permit any form of hypoxic training in their pool ." I didn't know that that you practice "limited breathing " with a snorkel . How ridiculous is that !

I insisted that the matter be escalated to management but was told that Thabo must deal with it . I phoned the call centre to complain but was again told that Thabo must deal with the matter . Thabo and the call centre are extremely unhelpful .
