Virgin Active, Little Falls

My wife is having endless issues at Virgin active, Little falls. Our sign up process took over one month and us having to go in to meet the consultant 3 times !!! Now to top it all off the debit order goes of for much more then it should. we have escalated it, called in no matter what we try this has been a nightmare and to think we just signed up with you people. #InstantRegret
