Virgin Active Little Falls

I would not give a star if I could. They dont deserve it. The ice cold water in, what should be, the heated aqua pool is **********. They constantly tell us that the temps are 26 and above and that is utter *******. They say they take the temps daily. Sure, with a stupid little themometer that is about as long as my forefinger. Maybe management, whonever they.are, as they never interact with us, should try 45 mins in their so called heated pool and see how they like it. They have just spent 2 weeks, apparently doing major repairs to the tanks, so now, we are Blessed with even colder water being pumped in and sand coming out with it. They have just increased our fees, yet we have had no service. Our constant daily complaints are ignored. The instructors constantly battle with the sound system.and are told that they dont know what they are doing. We see the daily problem, are we then all stupid! The change rooms are rediculously cold. So from ice water to ice change rooms and we all have a party if you get atleast tepid water to shower in. We have had instances wherenwork men have been brought through the ladies change rooms while we are changing and showering. The list goes on and on. The management dont give a rats **** about us but they are very quick to get their fees. We are all fed up and gatvol
