Virgin Active Limits use of equipment instead of putting sufficient equipment in the Gym

I joined Virgin active in December 2018. I took the premium package as I work and cannot use the gym between 8 and 5. When I joined I was not aware nor informed that after 30 minutes on an equipment the virgin active staff can approach you and tell you to get off the equipment and follow the line for the same equipment you already followed a line to use. I am not even sure what was the purpose of paying a premium rate if they dont put adequate equipment and limit your time! My contract does not state that I have time limits on the equipment and even if you put a sticker that says 30 minutes...its misleading as I can assume it to mean advisable time spent on a specific exercise!
