Virgin active lies.

Viegin active is a bunch of lies, I call in to cancel my subscription and instead they force a special down my throat which sounds to good to be true but I accept as they to refund my past month as it was suppose to be cancele and when you ask for and email apparently their people can't send an email which I should have already been suspicious about then week pass as my moneh is still not returned to my account as promised and when you reach out to them they always mention they will contact back but never do. So much for customer service.
