Virgin Active lie and deceive for money

My daughter has a contact with Virgin Active, N1 City Mall, Goodwood. She was retrenched in May 2024 and VA arranged that her monthly installment of R400 be reduced to R150 pm from June 2024, for 3 months until further notice. Today they deducted their R400 debit, the money i paid into her account to see a doctor. They **** and deceived her, an unemployed girl so they can make money! Not a very nice thing to do to someone that is already down and out. Clearly they dont value their customers, not even during trying times.
