Virgin active lie and cheat to get a sale they are *****sters

I have been a member of virgin active since 2016 last year December 2025 I was assisted by a consultant name Arnold Khumalo who took out a new contract for me which is a premier select 1 year contract allowing me to use 3 clubs and a premium of R197.50 to be deducted from my account on the 1st of every month as I do have vitality. I do have a signed contract and mails confirming my instalment of R197.50 it's now the 4th month whereby I am being charged R395 per month which is not as per the legal binding contract whenever I call to sort this mess out I am promised to be contact by a manager and nothing has been done to resolve this matter I have been fed lies by Arnold and I am not a happy client since January Arnold has not blocked me and does not accept my call what a load of bull s***t from a worldwide club his sales manager is Shahim Moosa this matter needs to be attended to.
