Virgin Active Lenasia is absolutely pathetic

Virgin Active Lenasia is absolutely pathetic!!! Their admin people are not all clued up. I was ********** taking the advise of one! She was supposed to have guided me on how to cancel and all she said was since im on vitality they will help. I didnt know much and trusted her word and guess what I wasn't aware that the cancellation was supposed to be filled out and she was supposed to have helped us and complete the cancellation. This made me loose out big time and now I will never ever advise anyone to go to virgin active ever!
