Virgin Active La Lucia - Disgrace

<p>Virgin Active La Lucia must be the worst gym I have ever frequented. For a gym that is in an affluent area they should be ashamed. I say "they" because management is never visible or available. In fact if there was a management team they might have got back to me when I first contacted them directly with my last complaint, or they might even have noticed how much of their equipment is out of order not to mention the lack of air-conditioning. There is never visible staff on the floor and weights all over the place. </p>
