Virgin Active La Lucia

Virgin Active La Lucia has let me down since at least 2018, when the main air-conditioning unit broke down. To date it is still not working properly. Last night I get an sms stating that the change rooms cannot be used on 28 February due to a burst pipe. This makes me very angry when they are happy to take my monthly membership payment (in full), but it appears that they do not care about maintaining the place which includes the pool which was notified to be out of action from last week.
