Absolutely shocking service. My account was meant to be frozen a month ago due to me being unemployed. The forms everything was completed and I was assured that all was handled and there would be NO COST involved to freeze my account for 3 months.Some staff members have the attitude that they are doing you a massive favour simply by having to return a call.

Not only were my forms not submitted, but I've been debited for this month also which means I can now no longer afford to buy my epilepsy medication and other chronic medication.

I have been promised feedback but nothing and I have to follow up!!!

Will never go back to a virgin active club again
