My iPhone was ****** at Virgin Active Kings Park on Thursday 13 Nov 2025 and the club managers Kyle Bell, Carmen and Carryn Milne refused the SAPS detective access to the video footage and gave such bad a service and attitude. Especially for someone who has been a member for the past 10 years.

90% of the club’s lockers do not work properly and they have been in the same condition for the last 5 years.

Phones and watches are ****** on a daily basis at this gym. And the staff are in support of this as they don’t do anything to stop it or help find the culprit.
