Went to cancel my account on the 26 March so that they dont take of the money at the end of the month only to find that they still did, when confronted it was a sob story about cancellation fees and is only willing to by back R53 of the R400. The is pity full with with not enough equipment to support the member and they still take on more. I would not recommend anybody to joined Virgin Active Kimberley it will be wasted of your time and money.
