VIRGIN ACTIVE KENILWORTH - PATHETIC

I joined Virgin Active Kenilworth just under a year ago. I decided to cancel my membership as the gym is over crowded at all times. They seem to have taken on so many people at this gym that its not viable for me to no longer go. i called in 2 days ago, they advised me that they would charge me a cancellation fee of R900+.

Why should i pay if you cannot accommodate me ever? Place is always a packed.

Water machines are filthy and not kept clean, very disgusting place, not hygenic at all. i was told they would get back to me by COB on the 11th March 2020, no call back as yet.. Spoke to a Tashriq would promised this.
