Virgin active kenilworth is the worst

This is the worst virgin active I have been to. I went there on the 18th of December with my little 8 year old nephew as I had no 1 to look after him. This is the 1st time he went with me. As I know if it is the person's 1st time then virgin active let's them in by letting you sign a waiver form. To my surprise the lady by the name of Ramona told me virgin active kenilworth is not the same as the other virgin actives that just allows everyone in. And I quote "we are different. You have to pay R100 for your nephew to enter". Really, I have to pay R100 for 1 hour for my nephew to enter and just sit there and do nothing. This was the most perthetic virgin active I have ever been to. And now on top of it I missed a proper workout session because I had to get in my car again and pay for parking and drive all the way to Gatesville virgin active where the staff are so helpful and friendly. I was only able to get in a 40 min workout. I hate virgin active kenilworth. I thought all virgin actives are connected and the same. How come these people say those rules don't apply to them.
