Virgin active keeps debiting my account even though the contract has ended. I have called multiple times and they don't want to cancel the contract. I hlam frustrated and their call center agents are very rude!!

Cannot cancel my contract. I have been struggling to cancel the contract even though it has expired and I have not been going there for more than a year.
