Virgin Active keeping saunas closed yet continue to bill us in FULL!!

Last year at Level 3 lockdown saunas and steam rooms where open and operating. This year it’s clear that Virgin Active had decided to be ************ and debit us in full yet offering half of what we pay for! We have been through Level 3, and are now on Level 2 yet the sauna and steam room remain closed!! And When I continuously ask the staff I get told that the government told VA to close the saunas. What hogwash! When I asked for proof of this all I get are excuses!

If Virgin Active no longer offers these facilities they must be upfront so that one can make a call and cancel the membership! This is simply ridiculous and totally ************! The membership fees remain the same yet we have no access to these crucial facilities! I have been a member of VA for over 10 years and I’m so disgusted and disappointed by such ********* behaviour.
