Virgin Active Kara Glen--ZERO STAR!!

I can't believe that Virgin Active in Kara Glen does not have a generator!!!!

We were in a middle of a spinning class then next thing, the lights went off and the air-con was not working. I thought it will be back again in a few minutes as i assumed the gym has a generator. But it didn't!

Had to shower in the dark, the changing rooms were hot, couldn't blow dry my hair...it was a terrible experience and very disappointing to say the least!
