Virgin Active K90 Boksburg

I joined at the end of June and in July I paid my agreed amount of R222.50 on the Vitality plan. On 1st August they debited R445 from my account stating that I'm an adult dependent (which was not disclosed to me). I switched to my own medical aid, and now they want to charge a joining fee, even though I'm already a member. now when I want to cancel my membership, they have the audacity to charge me 2 moths of premium.
