Virgin active k90

Am a member at virgin active k90,I experienced an ill treatment from one of the receptionist (Christmas) and till this day the manager has not done anything about the certain individual. To make it worse it was not for the first time. I never received a follow up call after my complain to get a full story of what actually transpired on that day.
