Virgin Active K90

I re-joined virgin active two months ago and I was offered 2 free months. My account got debited last month and when I enquired I was told there’s a system issue and that they’ll get back to me. Money just went through my account again and I was still supposed to be on the free trial run. I don’t know how this is supposed to be resolved but I want my money back and I no longer want to continue with virgin active
