Virgin Active just take your money

I have joined Virgin Active Bel Air end of March. I was advised by the sales consultant that if I pay a fee of R50 then I only have to pay the activation fee at the end of May. The R50 will give me access for 2 months. Today I was debited over R800 for the monthly fee and that even before paying the activation fee. I even advised him thatbI want to join as a Discovery Vitality member.

So he **** straight to my face when he did that or Virgin Active just take your money. I have 2 witnesses who will be able to confirm what I just said. If I knew they will just debit my account then I would've just paid the full activation fee and not the R50.

We are at the beginning of May and not the end. So pay my money back. This club can be glad there is no Planet Fitness in my area, cause I would've cancelled this membership and joined them, not this company that just take your money.
