Virgin active - just pathetic

Been trying to cancel my Virgin active for over a month and everyone their system is down! Is this just a way to keep taking our money or what is your story??? Absolutely shocking. Telephonically as well as going into the gym doesn't work...so what now?? If u want to stay in business best u sort yourself out Virgin active.
