Virgin active jabulani

Worst experience ever,I worked for virgin active for 5 years,but what I’ve been taken through the past 3 months has been horrible,virgin active Jabulani mall made me cancel and rejoin a membership to try and do a saps conversion

I’ve been up and down when I’m there I’m told they’ll be a follow up it’s been 3 months down the line ,right now I’m in arrears of a membership I didn’t open while the other membership is still debiting me full amount,no1 has straight answers,from sales manager to club manager,this is bad service for the standard virgin active pretends to be on its really not delivering up to their expectations. Today I chose to cancel my membership due to unsatisfactory answers and corporation.
