Virgin active isn't understanding!

Last year I lost my job, I called virgin active and explained my situation.

I thought the issue was resolved as no other contact was made.

Then I received a call from VVM apparently I now owed virgin active R5000.

I'm still jobless, I tried to pay the R100 pm but I still can't afford it has I've fallen on harder times.
