Virgin active is useless!!

Utterly useless service between Hillcrest and westville virgin active. After freezing my account at westville, they continue to try and debit the account. Then when I wanted to reinstate my account at Hillcrest, I have an “arrears” amount because westville is incapable of freezing an account which was paid to be frozen.
