VIRGIN ACTIVE IS USELESS

What a lousy company to deal with - no email address to cancel membership - no phone numbers of theirs from their sites work. Unreal. Only a website to "contact us" - what a waste of time for companies to only have a web link - that leaves us with no proof of what we have sent nor what we asked for. Stop this web messaging - it never works.!!! And they never ever repsond. USELESS. !! Hence why I am leaving to join another gym.
