Virgin Active, is this the BEST you can do!?

I recently went to the Virgin Active in Nelspruit, having moved from Joburg into the area. They are currently revamping the gym, and I'm assuming the change room areas. I'm no stranger to building work being done and the discomforts shoppers, gym goers and others have to endure as the building undergoes upgrade and repairs, but the effort by Virgin Active at The Crossing in Nelspruit is nothing short of disgraceful. The toilets and showers placed outside in the parking lot look work than any porta-loo I've ever used, that includes many a festival. The shower doesn't even have a shower curtain. Litter, dirty water what looks like sewage all over the area - you literally need to walk through it to get into the shower or loo. I have pictures which tell the story. Honestly, if you're going to undertake extended works, would it be so difficult to set up a private (not in the parking lot!), clean area that people who have supported the brand since its birth can have a shower after gym without feeling even more dirty. Oh, and when I tried to use the shower, there was no water. Not a drop. In the shower, nor the loo. So i jumped in the pool...gross! VA you have let yourself down!!!
