Virgin Active is the worst now!

What has become of Virgin Active SA!? You raise an issue with them on their social media pages, Facebook to be exact, and they tell you that you can message them privately should you need assistance... it's by the way thing. Firstly they run a promo to have two months on them but they go on and debit me and many other people who wrote complaints. Then they give us some 30 day Programme, which includes getting a free PT session. I made a complaint that the PTs I've requested are bothered with this session then VA says "should I need assistance" The nerve!
