VIRGIN ACTIVE IS THE WORST!

Virgin Active is the worst... they decided to start charging me double my premium and did not provide me with reasons. Four months later they want to continue charging me and have decided to cancel my membership. If you are thinking of joining a gym, Virgin Active is not the one. You will regret it. They debit accounts without permission and refuse to address issues.
