Virgin active is the worst

We joined Virgin Active last year. Part of the agreement was that our son will be able to join club V. They told us that it will not be a problem at all, they knew that he was not registered yet and that we were busy in a lengthy process with lawyers and home affairs.

We did not even gym a full month whereby they then refused to allow him enterance and showed us away. With him not being able to go to club V we can not gym which ment our membership was now totally useless to us.

We phoned literally EVERYONE within Virgin active, we were transfered around to everyone from head office to the head of Virgin active Kempton park.

We stated that we would love to gym but can not for the above mentioned reasons, we had an agreement and they did not uphold their end of the deal, we then refused to pay as we are not in the wrong we held up every part of our end of the deal, they changed it.

Everyone tells us that they will come back to us but no one ever does, we just get harrased through emails and rude phone calls to the point where we changed our mind, we do not want to join this club specially being treated like this and after almost a year still no one has sorted this issue out or even adressed it!

Hopefully this will stop the harassment and get us some propper service!!
