'Virgin Active is the ANC of gyms. We have zero customer service, but we are the biggest!

So it is almost a month ago that I resigned my Virgin Active membership. Since then, NOTHING has been done. I spoke to Lisa Fuller at the gym yesterday, who assured me it would all be taken care of......but still NOTHING has happened.....they won't even reply to my emails!
