Virgin Active is steeling for me.

I would strongly advise against signing up with Virgin Active Hazel Dean, Silver Lakes. (Or with Virgin Active entirely)

I cancelled my membership over a year ago and moved on with my life. Then, out of nowhere, my bank account started getting debited again—for a membership I did not reactivate. I never authorized it, and I still don’t know who did. It feels like money is being ****** from me.

What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. I’ve visited the branch, sent countless emails, and spoken to multiple staff members—but I keep getting no feedback or resolution. Every time I speak to someone, I have to explain the whole story again like it’s the first time. It’s exhausting.

To make matters worse, they’ve started calling me saying I’m behind on payments—when I’m not even supposed to be a member! This entire mess is due to their mistake, but I’m the one paying the price for it. It’s frustrating, unfair, and honestly unacceptable.

This experience has been nothing but a headache. If you’re considering joining, be aware that this could happen to you too.
