VIRGIN ACTIVE IS PATHETIC

My contracts cam to an end and I telephonically confirmed that I do not wish for it to be continued and must be cancelled. This is in September 2020. Every month they deduct money as well as phoning me re arrears (???). I keep on reversing their debit orders as I do not owe them however THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE as every day it is a different person I'm talking to. Have advised them to talk to their colleagues but to no avail. BEYOND PATHETIC!!!
