Virgin Active is full of excuses!

Had a membership, lost my job and couldn't afford it. The account was handed over to VVM Attorneys, paid by bits. Recently called to make new payment arrangements but was told that Virgin Active had taken the account back. Have been calling Virgin Active, told their system is down... Everyday?!?!?! The consultants are rude and even drop calls. How the hell am I supposed to fix my credit with such disgusting *********** and unreliable service? If you can even call it that! They are probably just building up the account on fees so they can squeeze me money I don't have!
