Virgin Active is ******ing Fees from former Members

Virgin Active SA has handed me over to debt collectors and are threatening to blacklist. This is ostensibly for not honoring my gym contract. I joined the gym on the basis that I pay for right of use. Covid19 and financial issues meant that I stopped using the gym and consequently stopped paying fees. Now Virgin Active is demanding that I honor the contract and pay outstanding fees for a service that I have not been using. This makes no sense to me. This is ******ionate behavior that belongs on a B-Grade movie screen. After having been a member of Virgin Active for over a decade, I am appalled and disappointed.
