Virgin Active is dishonest!

So in response to Hellopeter's survey on whether i would recommend Virgin Active after it has failed in its promise of a refund and their underhanded manner of taking said money; the answer is a resounding NO!!!!!!!!!! I have spoken to a few friends and colleagues who have reported the same bullying tactics; including a colleague who says Virgin coerced her then 16 year old daughter to sign a contract. This behavior is abusive Virgin! To deliberately debit an account during lockdown when you know facilities are not open; moreso when one has opted to freeze their account! Iou should be ashamed of putting profits before lives and livelihoods
