VIRGIN ACTIVE IS DE*****ING ME BY DEBITING ME FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S MEMBERSHIP!!

Virgin Active has been overcharging me on monthly debit order for 9 months now I've complained many times at the club that i signed in Balfour Park who couldnt help me plus spent hours and hours on the phone with the head office and eventually I was told I'm being erroneously charged for someone else's membership ! how can this happen?? I still havent been refunded and they still continue to overcharge me its pure ***** actually
